Caz Event Manager Pro turns WooCommerce products into bookable events (workshops, classes, sessions, or whatever you call them). It gives you everything you need to run events end-to-end — from the public booking page through to on-the-door QR check-in.

**Core Features**

* **Capacity control** — set a maximum number of places on any WooCommerce product. Once full, the product automatically closes to new bookings.
* **Attendee management** — view every attendee for any event with their name, contact details, ticket status, and check-in state.
* **QR ticket check-in** — attendees receive a QR-code ticket by email. Staff scan it with the built-in camera scanner to mark them checked in, with an optional sound alert.
* **Walk-in bookings** — quickly add a walk-in attendee on the day without going through WooCommerce checkout.
* **Waitlist** — when an event is full, customers can join a waitlist. Staff can notify the next person with one click when a place becomes available.
* **Cancel & refund** — cancel any booking from the Attendees page, with an optional WooCommerce refund and cancellation email to the student.
* **Bulk reminder emails** — send a custom reminder email to all attendees of an event in one go.
* **Calendar view** — see all upcoming events laid out in a monthly calendar.
* **Revenue per event** — view total revenue and booking count for each event at a glance.
* **Check-in rate dashboard** — see attendance stats for every event.
* **Public booking shortcode** — `[caz_events]` displays a card grid of upcoming events with Book / Join Waitlist / Sold Out states. A "Book a Workshop" page is created automatically on activation.
* **Clone event** — duplicate any event product with one click to quickly create repeat sessions.
* **Mobile staff dashboard** — optimised UI for staff on phones and tablets, with a restricted admin view so staff only see what they need.
