Caz Event Manager Pro is a WooCommerce plugin that converts standard products into bookable events such as workshops, classes, and sessions. It includes capacity control that automatically closes bookings when an event is full, and a waitlist that allows customers to register for a place when capacity is reached. Each attendee receives a QR-code ticket by email that staff can scan using the built-in camera scanner to record check-in, with an optional audio alert. The attendee management screen displays each booking with name, contact details, ticket status, and check-in state. Walk-in bookings can be added on the day without going through the standard checkout process. Bookings can be cancelled from the attendee list with an optional refund processed through WooCommerce and a cancellation email sent to the customer. Bulk reminder emails can be sent to all attendees of an event from a single screen.
